1. Returns

We accept returns for most items within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • Unused and Undamaged: The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, unworn, and with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt, invoice, or order confirmation must be included with the return.

  • Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all inserts, accessories, and manuals.

Exceptions: Certain items may not be eligible for returns due to hygiene or safety reasons. These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Personal care items (e.g., mouthguards, compression wear)

  • Items that have been customized or personalized

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

2. Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@girfineglasni.com or call us at (301) 464-7678 to inform us of your intention to return an item. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on where to send the item.

  3. Package the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, ensuring it is well-protected to prevent damage during transit.

  4. Include RA Number: Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.

  5. Shipping: Ship the item to the address provided in the RA instructions. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.

  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed and appear in your account.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Restocking Fees: We may charge a restocking fee of up to 15% for returns that do not meet our return conditions or for high-value items.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, you should return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Upon verification of the damage or defect, we will either provide a replacement or issue a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.

6. Warranty

Our products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. If you experience any issues with a product that is covered by warranty, please contact us, and we will assist you in contacting the manufacturer.
